By accessing and using SiriusLedger, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SiriusLedger provides cloud-based accounting, bookkeeping, point-of-sale, and wallet services for small and medium businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service is offered on a subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SiriusLedger. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The SiriusLedger service, including all software, designs, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiriusLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
